My time was better because it was mine. When jerseys lasted for years and your idols lived in your neighborhood. When you walked to the stadium and came back talking about the game. When there were no replays but you remembered every play as if you were seeing it right now. They weren't perfect times, but they were ours. And although football is still wonderful, those Sundays will never return. And although it hurts not being there, it made us who we are.
