In no case will COOLLIGAN be responsible for the costs caused by customs or the possible retention in them. Shipments to destinations that require customs processing may require 1 (one) additional day.
The expenses of councils, gauging or any other tax at destination will be borne by the recipient. It will also be the customer's responsibility to make sure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. In this way, if the box is open or if doubts or suspicions arise about violations of the inviolability of the product due to the appearance of the packaging, the customer should not receive it, immediately notifying COOLLIGAN through the e-mail contacto@coolligan .com . There may be exceptional situations that prevent these delivery times from being met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen events with the courier service, system updates or force majeure circumstances. If at the time of delivery, there is an absence at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer in order to find an alternative delivery solution. If, even after considering alternative delivery solutions, the package continues to be unable to be delivered repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, the product or products purchased will be refunded.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If once the order has been sent and delivered within the indicated period, the client rejects the package, he must assume and will be responsible for all the costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, tariffs, etc.) These expenses will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Returns
