THE STORY BEHIND ...

Producto

Isidro Lángara Galarraga (Pasajes, Gipuzkoa, May 25, 1912 – Andoáin, Gipuzkoa, August 21, 1992) was a Spanish footballer and one of the highest goalscorers in football history, with 525 goals in official matches. He holds numerous goalscoring records.

At club level, he played for several teams: Real Oviedo, for whom he is the all-time leading scorer with 257 goals; Real Club España of Mexico; and San Lorenzo of Argentina. He has the best goalscoring average in the Spanish First Division, with 1.16 goals per game. Furthermore, he is the only player to have scored three consecutive hat-tricks in that league and the only footballer in history to have reached 100 goals and to have been the top scorer in three different First Division seasons.
