Orders
The customer must follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase process. The customer can always correct any error in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping basket by adding or removing one or more items from the basket, or cancel the entire order during the purchase process before formalising the order. By formalising an order, the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions given during the checkout process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The customer formalises an order for products through the Website by clicking the "Pay" button at the end of the checkout process.
Once the order is submitted, a "Thank you for your order at COOLLIGAN" page will appear, and shortly after, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Consumer Law and Article 28 of the LSSI, the order confirmation email contains a summary of the Terms and Conditions, information on the essential characteristics of the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price and payment method, information on shipping costs, information on the conditions and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, the address for sending complaints, and information on support services and existing commercial guarantees.

COOLLIGAN may not take into account and may not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been executed and that COOLLIGAN has not executed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. All product orders are subject to availability, and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that the customer may order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

If you receive a faulty product, contact our customer service team via email: contacto@coolligan.com. You must state your order number and attach some photographs of the model from all angles, as well as the part you consider to be faulty. Please provide as much information as you can, such as your order number, which product is faulty, and a description of the defect, as well as whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

Under no circumstances will COOLLIGAN be responsible for costs incurred by customs or for any possible retention therein. Shipments to destinations requiring customs processing may need 1 (one) additional day.
Island council fees, appraisals, or any other destination taxes will be borne by the recipient. Furthermore, it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations to the product's inviolability, the customer should not accept it, notifying COOLLIGAN immediately via email at contacto@coolligan.com. Exceptional situations may occur that prevent these delivery deadlines from being met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen events with the courier service, system updates, or circumstances of force majeure. However, COOLLIGAN undertakes to notify the customer in the event that any of the aforementioned facts occur.
If at the time of delivery there is no one at the given address and the parcel cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer in order to find an alternative delivery solution. If, even after proposing alternative delivery solutions, the parcel still cannot be delivered on repeated occasions, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to refund the purchased product or products.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If, once the order has been dispatched and taken out for delivery within the indicated period, the customer rejects the parcel, they must assume and be responsible for all costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once you place the order, you will receive information in your email about the completed steps. You will also receive an email alert when your order leaves our warehouse with the tracking number from the transport company and a link, which you can use to check the progress of the shipment.
Returns
1st Notify the reason for the return along with the order number via email to contacto@coolligan.com.
2nd Once notified, you must send the goods you wish to return to our facilities at the following address: Travesia del Arenal nº1, 28013 Madrid
3rd As soon as we receive the order back at our facilities and check that everything is correct, we will proceed to process the refund.
*Purchases made in a COOLLIGAN shop can be returned in any Coolligan shop. Returns cannot be made online or at El Corte Inglés COOLLIGAN Corners.
You can make a return within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product*. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the tag and with all accessories.

Any item purchased in our physical shops will have 30 days to request a return or exchange. You must keep the electronic receipt or physical purchase ticket. Its presentation in the establishment is necessary for any verification, exchange or return. The item must be returned in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. Only size or model exchanges will be accepted for items purchased in our physical shop. If you place an order on our website, you can make an exchange or return in our physical shops*. You will have 30 days from the day you received your order. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which you placed the order. In case of having a gift receipt, the return will be made to a credit voucher card.
