TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the customer's place of residence or domicile.
- RETURNS
You may make a return within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The item must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, with the label intact and with all accessories.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, COOLLIGAN will not accept the return and the customer will need to arrange collection at their own cost. The customer will be notified by email and will have a maximum of 60 calendar days in which to arrange collection. Once this period has expired, COOLLIGAN will consider that the customer has relinquished their products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.
- PRODUCTS
The products described on the Website are for personal use only. Customers may not resell or on-sell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to a customer where, in our sole discretion, this would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
COOLLIGAN has made every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the colour of products appearing on screen may vary depending on the quality of your device's display. COOLLIGAN therefore cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen are a faithful representation of the actual product.
COOLLIGAN is a casual fashion garment. It is not intended for sporting use. We use delicate, high-quality fabrics such as cotton, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to check whether it is in perfect condition and correct (for visible production defects, whether in the packaging, accessories, or any error in the size or model).
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
COOLLIGAN is the trading name of COOLLIGAN, S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale govern access to and use of the website www.coolligan.com (hereinafter "the Website"), which is owned by COOLLIGAN, S.L. (hereinafter, COOLLIGAN).
By visiting the Website or using the Website's services or applications, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
To purchase products on the Website, customers must: be at least 18 years of age or, if under 18, have the appropriate authorisation from their legal guardian; and be consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
This contract will be formalised in Spanish and will be governed by Spanish law in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI").

- VOUCHER CODES, GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNTS AND OTHER PROMOTIONS
To redeem a discount code, the customer must enter their code in the "promotional code" box during the checkout process on the Website. Offer codes are case-sensitive and must always be entered exactly as they appear.
Only one offer code may be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or gifts, nor used on items that are already reduced.
Codes, gift cards, discounts and other online promotions are valid online only. Codes, gift cards, discounts and other promotions generated in store are not valid online.

- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Certain personal data will be requested during the checkout process. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) indicate that the personal data is required.
COOLLIGAN guarantees full compliance with the obligations set out in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as those in its implementing regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December and other applicable legislation. To this end, COOLLIGAN will adopt the necessary technical measures to prevent the alteration, loss or unauthorised processing of personal data you provide, subject to the limitations inherent to the internet, and cannot guarantee the absolute imperviousness of internet transmissions.
The personal data you provide will be included in a file owned by COOLLIGAN, for the purpose of managing online purchases of products offered on the Website and sending you information about them, by any means of communication, including electronic means.
You have the right to access the information about you held in COOLLIGAN's file, to have it corrected if inaccurate, to have it deleted, or to object to its processing, by email or written communication addressed to COOLLIGAN at the address indicated in the Legal Notice of this Website.

- LANGUAGE
COOLLIGAN may translate these Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, or any other operating rules, policies or procedures that may be published on the Website. The Spanish version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
- PLACING ORDERS
The customer must follow the instructions appearing on screen to complete the checkout process. The customer may at any time correct any errors in data entered, change the contents of the shopping basket by adding or removing one or more products, or cancel the entire order during the checkout process before the order is confirmed. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all instructions during the checkout process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The customer confirms an order for products through the Website by clicking the "Pay" button at the end of the order process.
Once the order has been submitted, a "Thank you for your order at COOLLIGAN" page will appear, and shortly afterwards the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. In accordance with Article 63 of the Consumer Act and Article 28 of the LSSI, the order confirmation email contains a summary of the Terms and Conditions, information about the key characteristics of the products purchased, a detailed indication of the price and payment method, information about shipping costs, information about the conditions and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, the address for sending complaints, and information about after-sales services and existing commercial warranties.

COOLLIGAN may disregard and not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform the customer by email that the contract has not been executed and that COOLLIGAN has not processed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. All orders for products are subject to availability, and if there are difficulties with supply or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that the customer may order. If the customer does not wish to order those substitute products, we will refund any amount they may have paid.
- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The intellectual property rights of the website www.coolligan.com, its source code, design, navigation structures and the various elements contained therein are owned by COOLLIGAN, who holds the exclusive right to exploit them in any form, and in particular the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
- ORDER ENQUIRIES
Once an order has been confirmed — that is, upon acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirmation of the checkout process — COOLLIGAN will always send the user an email confirming the details of the purchase made.
COOLLIGAN accepts no liability where delivery of orders fails because the information provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or for reasons attributable to the user.
COOLLIGAN will take all necessary measures to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time.
COOLLIGAN regards payment information, by any of the available payment methods, as a necessary condition for maintaining delivery schedules. However, delivery times indicated to the user are estimates and may vary for logistical or force majeure reasons. In the event of delays, customers will be informed promptly.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment COOLLIGAN or the contracted carrier makes the product available to the user.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) unless specific exceptions apply and the customer requests it (Saturday delivery). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
For reasons beyond COOLLIGAN's control, pre-order purchases may be subject to delays. COOLLIGAN will not be liable for delays caused by the actions of third parties.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team by email at contacto@coolligan.com or via the contact form. In the form, please request a return and under the reason for return indicate "the product is damaged."
Please provide as much information as possible, including your order number, which product is defective, a description of the defect, and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement (at no extra cost to you).
Once the information has been received, the customer service team will be in touch. If additional information about the product is requested, it must be provided within 7 days. If this deadline expires without the requested information having been sent, any possibility of exchange or refund will be cancelled.

Customers may report any incident or complaint arising from a purchase through the website using the contact details provided in the contact section of these Terms and Conditions.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS
The user undertakes to pay at the time of placing the order via the payment methods accepted by COOLLIGAN.
COOLLIGAN accepts payments only by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Amex) or via PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Alma.
In order to provide the highest level of security for payments, COOLLIGAN uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the relevant financial institution. For payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, COOLLIGAN only accepts Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions using the international 3D Secure protocol, identified by the Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express Safekey marks. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in internet transactions. When paying through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect with the card-issuing bank, which will ask the cardholder to authorise the transaction using a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be completed if the card-issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.
Every payment generates an invoice in the user's name. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user and/or delivered with the product purchased.
- PHYSICAL STORE
Online order delivery options:
Click & Collect at COOLLIGAN stores — Free. Available at your chosen store within 1 hour of order confirmation. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must also present ID. If the order is not collected within 30 days, it will be returned and refunded to the original payment method.
Exchanges/returns: The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that exchanges and returns may only be made in the same country/region in which the items were purchased. Special conditions for exchanges and returns on certain items: Personalised items: Exchanges or returns are not possible on personalised products.
Gift receipt: For purchases made with a gift receipt, only exchanges (for size or style) or returns via a store credit voucher are available.
