  • APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are regulated by Spanish legislation and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish laws. Conflicts that, where appropriate, arise from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the client's place of residence or domicile.

  • RETURNS

You can make a return within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, preserving the label and with all accessories.

If the product is not returned in perfect condition, COOLLIGAN will not accept its return and the customer must schedule a collection assuming the shipping costs. The client will be notified by email that they will have a maximum period of 60 calendar days to collect it. Once this period has expired, COOLLIGAN will understand that the client renounces its products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.

  • PRODUCTS

The products described on the Website are exclusively for personal use. Customers may not sell or resell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to the customer where, in our sole discretion, this would result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

COOLLIGAN has made an effort to show the colors of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the color of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your device's screen. In this sense, COOLLIGAN cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your screen are faithful to reality.

COOLLIGAN is a casual garment to wear. It is not intended for sports use. We use delicate and high-quality fabrics, such as cotton, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. You have 30 days, counting from the time the order is received, to check whether it is in perfect condition or correct (for visible production defects, packaging, accessories, or any error in size or model).

  • PLACING ORDERS

COOLLIGAN may not consider and process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are no longer available. Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the confirmation of the purchase process, COOLLIGAN will always send an email to the user confirming the details of the purchase made.

COOLLIGAN does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of orders is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for reasons attributable to the user.

COOLLIGAN will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be made within the agreed period.

COOLLIGAN considers payment information, through any of the enabled systems, a necessary condition to be able to maintain delivery times. Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which COOLLIGAN or the transport company contracted by it makes the product available to the user.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays) except for specific exceptions and if the customer requests it (delivery on Saturday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

For reasons beyond the control of COOLLIGAN, orders placed in pre-order may experience delays in delivery. COOLLIGAN will not assume responsibility for these delays resulting from the actions of third parties.

Exchange/returns: The period for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase. It is essential to present the purchase receipt. The credit will be made to the original payment method.
