  • APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Conflicts that, if any, arise from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the client's place of residence or domicile.

  • RETURNS

You can make a return within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the label and with all the accessories.

If the product is not returned in perfect condition, COOLLIGAN will not accept its return and the customer must schedule a collection assuming the shipping costs. The client will be notified by email that they will have a maximum period of 60 calendar days to be picked up, once this period has expired COOLLIGAN will understand that the client renounces their products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them depending on their condition.

  • PRODUCTS

The products described on the Website are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell such products. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products to be delivered to the customer where, at our sole discretion, it is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

COOLLIGAN has made an effort to display the colors of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the color of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this sense, COOLLIGAN cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your screen are faithful to reality.

COOLLIGAN is a casual garment to wear. It is not intended for sports use. We use delicate, high-quality fabrics, such as cotton, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. They have 30 days, counting from the receipt of the order, to check if it is in perfect condition or correct (for visible production defects, both packaging, accessories, or any size or model error).

  • PLACING ORDERS

The customer must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to execute the purchase process. COOLLIGAN may not take into account and not process an order if there are insufficient solvency guarantees, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been executed and that COOLLIGAN has not executed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. All product orders are subject to their availability and, in this sense, if there are difficulties regarding their supply, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide information about quality substitute products. and value equal to or greater than the client may order.   • INQUIRY ABOUT ORDERS

Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the confirmation of the purchase process, COOLLIGAN will always send an email to the user confirming the details of the purchase made.

COOLLIGAN does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the orders is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for reasons attributable to the user.

COOLLIGAN will adopt all the necessary measures so that the delivery can be made within the agreed period.

COOLLIGAN considers the payment information, by any of the enabled systems, a necessary condition to be able to maintain delivery times. However, the deadlines indicated to the user are an estimate and may vary for reasons of logistics or force majeure. In case of delays, it will be informed in a timely manner.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which COOLLIGAN or the transport company contracted by it makes the product available to the user.
 Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays) except for specific exceptions and if the customer requests it (Saturday delivery). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

For reasons beyond the control of COOLLIGAN, orders placed in preorder may suffer delays in delivery. COOLLIGAN will not assume responsibility for these delays derived from actions of third parties.
