When will my order arrive?
Depending on the destination, delivery times are as follows:
- Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Between 24 and 72 working hours. Delivery times may vary during sale periods or special promotions.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10–12 working days.
- Rest of the EU: 5–7 working days.
- Rest of the World: 10–15 working days.
Orders are dispatched by courier Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
