These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any disputes arising from the interpretation
You may make a return within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, with the tag intact and all accessories included.
If the item is not returned in perfect condition, COOLLIGAN will not accept the return and the supporter will need to arrange collection at their own expense. The supporter will be notified by email and will have a maximum of 60 calendar days to collect the item. Once this period expires, COOLLIGAN will consider the supporter to have relinquished their right to the items and reserves the right to donate or dispose of them depending on their condition.
The items described on the Website are for personal use only. Supporters may not sell or resell such items. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of items to be delivered to a supporter where, in our sole discretion, this would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
COOLLIGAN has made every effort to display the colours of the items as accurately as possible. However, the colours of items shown on screen may vary depending on the quality of your device's display. As such, COOLLIGAN cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen are a completely accurate representation.
COOLLIGAN is a casual lifestyle brand inspired by football culture. Our garments are not designed for sporting use. We use fine, high-quality fabrics such as cotton, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. Supporters have 30 days from receipt of their order to check that it is in perfect condition or as expected (for visible production defects, including packaging, accessories, or any errors in size or kit).
COOLLIGAN is the trade name of the company COOLLIGAN, S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale govern access to and use of the website www.coolligan.com (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by COOLLIGAN, S.L. (hereinafter, COOLLIGAN).
By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
To purchase items on the Website, supporters must: be at least 18 years old or, if minors, be duly authorised by their legal guardian, and be consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession.
This contract will be formalised in Spanish and governed by Spanish law in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI").

To redeem a discount code, the supporter must enter their code in the "promotion code" field during the purchase process on the Website. Offer codes are case-sensitive and must always be entered exactly as shown.
Only one offer code can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or gifts, nor used on already discounted items.
Codes, gift cards, discounts, and other online promotions will only be applicable on the website. Codes, gift cards, discounts, and other promotions generated in-club shop will not be valid online.

During the purchase process, certain personal data will be requested. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) indicate that providing the personal data is mandatory.
COOLLIGAN guarantees full compliance with the obligations established by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, as well as those set out in its implementing Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, and other applicable regulations. To this end, COOLLIGAN will adopt the necessary technical measures to prevent the alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing of the personal data you provide, taking into account the limitations of the Internet, and cannot guarantee absolute invulnerability of Internet communications.
The personal data you provide will be included in a file owned by COOLLIGAN, with the purpose of managing the online purchase of the items offered on the Website, as well as sending you information about them through any means of communication, including electronic channels.
The user has the right to access the information concerning them collected in COOLLIGAN's file, to correct it if it is incorrect, to cancel it, or to object to its processing via email or written communication addressed to COOLLIGAN at the address indicated in the Legal Notice of this Website.
COOLLIGAN may translate these Terms and Conditions
The supporter must follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase process. The supporter may at any time correct any errors in the information entered, modify the contents of their shopping basket by adding or removing one or more items, or cancel the entire order during the purchase process before finalising it. By placing an order, the supporter acknowledges and confirms that they have read all the instructions given during the checkout process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The supporter places an order for items through the Website by clicking the "Pay" button at the end of the ordering process.
Once the order has been submitted, a "Thank you for your order with COOLLIGAN" page will appear, and shortly afterwards the supporter will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. In accordance with Article 63 of the Consumer Law and Article 28 of the LSSI, the order confirmation email contains a summary of the Terms and Conditions, information on the essential characteristics of the items purchased, a detailed breakdown of the price and payment method, information on delivery costs, information on the conditions and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, the address for submitting complaints, and information on support services and existing commercial guarantees.

COOLLIGAN may disregard and not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if the items are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform the supporter by email that the contract has not been executed and that COOLLIGAN has not carried out the purchase order, specifying the reasons. All item orders are subject to availability and, in the event of supply difficulties or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute items of equal or superior quality and value, which the supporter may order. If the supporter does not wish to order those substitute items, we will refund any amount they may have paid.
The intellectual property rights for the website www.coolligan.com, including its source code, design, navigation structures, and the various elements contained therein, are the property of COOLLIGAN. COOLLIGAN holds the exclusive right to exercise the exploitation rights thereof in any form, particularly the rights of reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, and modification, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
Once the order has been placed — that is, upon acceptance of these terms and conditions and confirmation of the purchase process — COOLLIGAN will always send the user an email confirming the details of the purchase made.
COOLLIGAN accepts no liability where an order cannot be delivered due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete details provided by the user, or due to causes attributable to the user.
COOLLIGAN will take all necessary steps to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed timeframe.
COOLLIGAN considers payment information, by any of the accepted payment methods, to be a necessary condition for maintaining delivery timeframes. Nevertheless, the timeframes indicated to the user are estimates and may vary for logistical or force majeure reasons. In the event of delays, the user will be informed in due course.
Each delivery is deemed to have taken place from the moment COOLLIGAN or the contracted delivery company makes the product available to the user.
Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), except in specific cases or where the customer requests Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
For reasons beyond COOLLIGAN's control, pre-order items may be subject to delivery delays. COOLLIGAN will not be held responsible for such delays arising from third-party actions.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team by email at contacto@coolligan.com or via the contact form. In the form, please request a return and, under the reason for return, state "the product is damaged".
Please provide us with as much information as possible, such as your order number, which product is defective, a description of the defect, and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement (at no additional cost to you).
Once the information has been received, the customer service team will get back to you. If additional information about the product is requested, it must be submitted within 7 days. If this deadline passes without the requested information being sent, any possibility of an exchange or refund will be cancelled.
The customer may report any type of incident or complaint arising from a purchase through the website using the contact details provided in the Contact tab of these Terms and Conditions.
The user is required to pay at the time of placing the order using the payment methods accepted by COOLLIGAN.
COOLLIGAN only accepts payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or AMEX), or via PayPal, Apple Pay, ShopPay, and Alma.
With the aim of providing the highest level of security for the payment system, COOLLIGAN uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the relevant financial institution. For payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, COOLLIGAN only accepts Secure E-Commerce (CES) transactions using the international 3D Secure protocol, identified by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express Safekey logos. Secure E-Commerce is an initiative whose core principle is to guarantee the security of online transactions. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect to the card's issuing bank, which will ask the customer to authorise the transaction using a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be processed if the card's issuing bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.
Every payment results in the issuance of an invoice in the user's name. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the user and/or delivered with the purchased product.
Collection from COOLLIGAN stores – Free of charge. Available at your chosen store within 1 hour of order confirmation. If someone else collects on your behalf, they must also present a valid ID. If the order is not collected within 30 days, it will be returned and refunded using the original payment method.
Exchanges/Returns: The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country/region in which the items were purchased. Special conditions apply to exchanges and returns for certain items: Personalised items: exchanges or returns of personalised products are not accepted.
Gift receipt: For purchases made using a gift receipt, only an exchange (by size or style) or a return to a store credit card will be accepted.
