In 1993, the Blanquiverde club experienced a moment that forever changed how football was felt in the city. That year, the Nuevo Arcángel stadium was inaugurated, opening its doors to fans on November 7th with a league match against Recreativo de Huelva. It was a moment of hope and belonging for thousands of Blanquiverde supporters who had followed the team for years in the Segunda División B.
